From this diagram I bring
out the corresponding keys to the specific key A sol-fa notation.
Where key A is d,
key B is r,
key C# is m,
key D is f ,
key E is s,
F# is l,
key G# is t,
and key A is d' the octave of key A.
Mind you, you have to play them to get the use to the sounds produced.
